At Shop Mauve, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip provided by our portal.

  Ship It Back

  Attach the pre-paid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
